My Experience:
I earned my Masters in Counseling from St Edward’s University in 2013. I have been in the mental health field in agencies and nonprofit settings from 2013-2018, and have been in private practice since 2015. The focus of my private practice work has been with a variety of ages including: adolescents, young adults, trauma, sexual assault and individual counseling. I have a specialization in EMDR, Trauma Conscious Yoga and am trained in grief work. In counseling, I practice a model that has a foundation of trauma informed therapy with cognitive-behavioral and person-centered techniques. I charge a flat fee of $400 a month which includes 4 hours of supervision a month.
